Receptionist very welcoming, super clean, convenient location
Mattress very soft, I struggled with sleeping but maybe it's not so bad for the majority of the people. Size of the room is below average in my opinion, but it wasn't a big issue

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, the hotel is just 10 mins walk from the railway station and there is a bus stop 2 mins away (a free travel card is provided). Very welcoming staff. My single room is spacious and clean. Overall it's very good value for money.
The mattress is worn out and caved in, making it uncomfortable to sleep in (room 110 single).

LOVED the bathroom. Location was a short walk to the bus stations which was a plus since we arrived on a train and walked there. The views from there room were great. It's on a quiet street which was really nice.
One of the curtains had a cigarette burn on it. When we sat up fully upright to lean on the back of the bed, we hit our heads on the ceiling That's totally our fault though. LOL
