Location next to the train and bus stations. Wonderful staff, good breakfast on the 15th floor with great views. Room was comfortable and clean.

The location was convenient, with lots of facilities nearby and great access to public transport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with air con, fridge and safe all included. The 8th and 9th floor where we stayed was quiet. Floors are solid and not creaky. The room had carpet. The view from our room was amazing, spectacular mountain view from all rooms. The hotel (and I believe all hotels in salzburg) provide a guest mobility ticket to use public transport free of charge while you are staying in the city which was great as the buses are fantastic.
We didn't use the restaurant so can't comment.
No bar in the hotel that we saw.

Well located next to train and bus stations for easy day trips. 5 min. bus ride into centre.
No mini fridge in room. Room decor a bit outdated. Room layout unusual with double bed positioned in corner so person on inside has to scramble out the bottom or over outside person. Difficult for older patrons. Floor 14 we were on had a great view of castle and Alps but noisy early morning when breakfast being set up on 15th floor. Expensive.

The location. We have stayed here before and chose this hotel again to be close to the train station.
The room was fairly spacious.
We did not have breakfast so unable to comment on this.
We stayed here a few years ago and loved it, but see a difference in the hotel since then. The bathroom was very dated and the washbasin and bottom of the toilet was stained. I did not feel reception staff were very helpful or communicative.
