Location was perfect, we took a bus from train station to the hotel, room is very spacious & comfortable.

Modern, nice and clean apartment. Just right in the heart of the city, located on the road leading straight to the old city. Many cafes, restaurants near by. If we come back Salzburg next time we definitely stay here again.
If i have to pick something to say i didn’t like, it maybe the wet room door, as it made of the glass so at night if you or your partner need to use toilet, you have to turn the light on and it can wake your partner up as the light is very bright as it is right next to the bed. But this just for someone can be wake up easily like us, for others maybe it’s not a problem.

Location was great, room was very comfortable and well equipped.
Like most of our stays now, no contact with anyone at the property in person. This is fine just needs a bit of getting used to. Person was very responsive to messages.

This apartment was so well thought out. And it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Bathroom was so clean!
Bed very comfy and great to have a sofa and a small balcony
Location great, about 10 to 15 mins from everything
Love to self check in and only a code is needed for access
All queries are through WhatsApp and the staff are very responsive and professional
Will 100% stay here again - Salzburg is amazing
Maybe every 2 days, new towels could be delivered.
We were there for 4 nights and really felt a refresh of towels would have been needed. Didn't mind too much about beds
Also a vending machine on site would be useful as shops close very early
$$$$
