Clean, modern and well managed facility. The staff was quite helpful and nice.
It’s not the perfect location, but the public transport is free when you booked a hotel in Salzburg. Thus, this was not a big problem.

the room size, coffee and tea kettle, change of towels were good.
the property doesnt have a lift. we both are senior citizens. hed climb the stairs. Absence of stairs should have been informed to us by the hotel or by Booking.com. Its highly dissapointing. Its quite far from the city centre and commuting if you dont your own car, its challenging. Staff were not truly polite and not helpful. Breakfast was average. Most of the time even during the day the recption had none. The problem is its run by a family and the entire family assume the hotel also to be their house. The tariff unbelievable , atleast 1.5 times hiked looks like.
