Large studio style room.
Breakfast was pricey so we did not partake.

Great location, really just few minutes walk to the old town, on the same road actually. The area is noisy due to traffic, but we couldn't hear anything in the apartment. The parking house is comfortable to use with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was great with many healthy and high quality options.
- Heating is extremely inefficient: we arrived to a 18 C degree apartment, turn on the heating (which was set to cooling at end of October), it took more than 6 hours to get the place warm enough. On second day, we were told that there is no cleaning unless we ask for it, someone came into our room while we were away, arranged the beds, took out the trash and set the climatisation back to cooling, so when we arrived it was cold again, not recovering for another many hours. If this is a green policy or cost saving project from the hotel, it's very unprofessional and not customer-friendly. Nobody likes to be cold or wear a jacket inside.
- Zero flexibility: we arrived 2 hours earlier and while we understand that official check-in is from 3pm, we asked if there is a chance that the room is ready. Receptionist did not even make a call if the room is ready, she just said 3pm is 3pm. If you want to extend your stay, you'll need to pay too. Same with the check-in procedure, you need to check yourself in on a tablet. Hint for the owners: for this level of service, this hotel does not need receptionists, only a machine which gets the data and delivers the key.

we stayed for 5 nights and the shower clogged for 5 nights, all 5 adults had been inconvenienced. even after logging in the defect, the fault was not resolved and no updates from staff. even after repeated feedback the following day, no one checked on us, service level could be better
