The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see. The room was comfortable and cleanly. As requested, the room was far from elevators and noise. Staff was excellent. We were very pleased.
No complaints, everything was excellent.

Staff were fantastic! They were so helpful and so friendly. I travel with medical ice packs and they were incredible helpful and nothing was an issue. Email communication was fantastic prior to my stay.
Thank you everyone, I loved my stay! Wish I could have stayed longer!

Location, staff, rooms & breakfast all very good.
Only one negative - air conditioning unit in my room started leaking in the middle of the night. Waking me up & soaking some bedding etc.

Good central location
The property is under refurbishment- we would have appreciated an email beforehand to let us know of the situation
