It was luxurious and well kept. The staff was kind and patient. The breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast was good and so was the room. The garage for the car was very good and very convenient. The hotel was not far from the city center by car and that was convenient.

It was hot and we had a problem with the air-conditioning one night. The room was not made one day and the allegation was that the sign had been altered by children who supposedly were at the hotel.

Professional, helpful staff

Located right next to a bus stop (Ginzkeyplatz) and surrounded by malls, this is a good hotel for a short stay. Staff were really polite and helpful. Cycles available for free that you can use to bike around the area.

We thought some of the amenities needed a little more upkeep as they seemed a bit old and/or outdated. The air conditioning could have been better. Also, the room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. This must be due to the carpeting in the room.

Good slocation, lovely and helpful staff and a large room for just two of us! Balcony was such a treat and the view was pretty

No double beds - we had 4 single beds and 2 pushed together Breakfast was not great - flies on food and no one explained how it worked or greeted us. Coffee machine didn’t work.

Free parking

No AC and noisy street so we couldn't sleep with the window open either. Dark hallways, could not even read the numbers on the doors. Very small bathroom, bath tub didn't drain so you were showering with ankles deep in the water. From all the hotels I stayed at in a week long trip, this was the worst one by far.

Really supportive staff :-). Easy parking in the underground parking lot without any additional fees. Public transport stop 50m from hotel (almost next to the entrance).

I missed sausages for the breakfast.

The stay was good, the staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean. Breakfast was good. Underground garage is good and spacious.

very overpriced, bed was uncomfortable and not made properly, hot, noisy, room had a funny smell, no toiletries provided, very basic and not as expected of a 4 star hotel.

The hotel had a free big underground parking.

The room furniture was a bit old-fashion and the hotel is quite expensive (breakfast not being even included).

The location really suited for the purpose of our trip .
