Very nice hotel with comfortable room. Continental breakfasts were decent, although having a box delivered to your room was not as good as sitting down at a restaurant. WiFi excellent - 150Mbps+.
With no reasonable size table to sit at eating the boxed breakfast in the room was tricky. Car park exit to road was a bit difficult as it was hard to see properly in one direction due to bushes on a fast road. Whilst the communication was extremely good, it still seemed odd having nobody on reception to turn to for help if needed - it took a couple of goes to get the door to the room stairs to open, and the restaurant receptionist nearby (not for the rooms) seemed to try to look the other way and ignore us rather than offering to help.

The location was perfect, the room decor and facilities are as mentioned - really beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fairly close to the bus line into central Salzburg. The view of the mountains were unmatched - definitely the highlight of our stay.
The stair only access is clearly disclosed on the booking platform but we did not anticipate the curving, 2 flights... A concierge service, even at an additional charge, to assist with luggage would be convenient.

The place was nice, relatively quiet as it lies outside of the city of Salzburg but it's still a busy road. The room was spacious, the option for both shower and bathtub was very nice as well. The place functions like an airbnb, there is no personnel, which means that check in and check out is done by the guests, which is very convenient.
However, the lack of personnel mean there is nobody to ask for something you might need, like an extra pillow. Another thing that I wasn't completely satisfied by, is the lack of cleaning. As a hotel guest, I am used to having the room cleaned when I leave for a few hours. As this is the first time I've stayed in such an establishment, I was a little skeptical about this. Lastly, I think the lack of a small fridge in the room is a disadvantage, however that's my fault for not realising that ot wasn't included in the amenities.
