The facilities and staff were fantastic. Josie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and looked after. I had to extend my stay, and this was done cheerfully, and without disruption.
There were a couple of functional issues (soap container covering bathroom PowerPoint, tap usable, but not functioning at full capacity). Josie was grateful for the feedback.

Nice location is in a quiet area away from the city and the air conditioning worked well
The property is very old and rundown a tile missing in the shower , the glass shower door has dropped and is very hard to open there was also miss matched cutlery ,cups and plates , only 1 hook in the bathroom for the towel this definitely no more than a 3 star
