Great location, right next to the JR station and shopping mall. Free coffee and tea at Guest Lounge from noon to 9pm. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

One suggestion: It would be nice to have a microwave at the Guest Lounge.

The room was spacious enough so i had a very comfy stay. The location was great, right beside the station yet still quiet. The staff are very pleasant and polite even when they are not that fluent in english, their effort is very encouraging!

Very central location easy access to catch the train and bus.
The rooms were very small and the beds were a little soft and abit worn.
