They were amazing about our trip cancellation due to being stuck on okinawa during a typhoon, and even gave a partial refund at the last minute.

The hotel has hot drinks available in the reception area and snacks. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and warm.

Close proximity to castle...lots of buses to take and about 25 minutes walk to the station. Bus was only 10 minutes, so that was convenient.
AC/Air con was not working first night. Weird noises from different places in the room and every time a door opened and closed we could hear it. People being loud at night was disturbing.
