まあまあ期待以下ということはなかった

朝ごはん美味しかった珈琲ドリップ飲み放題良かった

朝ごはんの補充が最後の方だったのもありなかったのもあった珈琲ドリップがカウンターにあり追加でもらいにくいフロント階への案内が少なく館内で迷ったエスカレーターでフロントに行けるかと思った

Wonderful castle view

Requested a room with good view and was given a top floor facing the wakayama castle, fantastic.Good checked in and very good breakfast. Although the hotel is between the 2 train station but nice weather so able to walk to the hotel.

Apart from difficulty finding a right elevator, the hotel is good and really clean with friendly staffs.

The room is pretty big for 3 people and really clean. The hotel staffs are nice and friendly.

Far from the station and pretty difficult to find since it is in a big building with some other restaurants and book store. I took an elevator to 15th floor and it is a chapel. You just need to keep an eye out for a sign that say elevator to the hotel front which is also on a 15th floor.

An abundant breakfast with stunning view, You can sit inside the spacious room, enjoying the view of Wakayama City.

If the parking fees could be calculated into the room fees, it can let driving customers feeling much better as same as free parking.

We enjoy a good rest at the restaurant

The food at the restaurant downstairs was great, and the view of the castle was spectacular. The location is relatively convenient and near a bus stop. The staff speak good English and were quite helpful.

The only room with a Wakayama Castle view was the smoking room, so it was a little hard to breathe.

Be warned, even non-smoking rooms may have an inescapable cigarette stench...

The check-in receptionist was very sweet and friendly. My problems with the room have more so to do with administration and the layout of the hotel regarding smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms rather than the actual staff. The staff themselves were very nice. The view was absolutely amazing!!! Had a beautiful view of Wakayama Castle. Only a few minutes walk away too. Also, the included breakfast was delicious and the restaurant area shared a view of the castle too. I looked forward to waking up to eat there!

I booked a non-smoking room but it smelled terribly of cigarettes even after keeping the window open all day... My email confirmation says non-smoking and I called the front desk to confirm it was non-smoking and they said yes but that the other rooms nearby allow smoking so they can't help it if it seeps into my room. I spent the day outside sightseeing then came back to my room where the cleaning service closed the window and once again it was hard to breathe and the air was so heavy. My friends and I all woke up with our eyes stinging... Thankfully, we kept ourselves busy and spent most of the days outside the hotel. Just had to open the window immediately upon return and had to sleep with the windows open too.

Overall a great stay. Our room was spacious and good quality- staff were friendly and attentive

Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety to suit all tastes

The mattress on the sofa bed was not good quality - you could feel the springs when you lay on it. We wanted to have coffee with a friend at 10am on Sunday but nothing opened until 11. The restaurant that did breakfast stopped serving at 10am so there was no options for anything between 10 and 11 which was a little frustrating….
