Beautiful room with fantastic view of the Osorno volcano. Friendly and helpful staff. Great lunch restaurant. Cozy communal areas. Loved the fire in the fireplace in the morning. Fantastic to have hot water available 24 hours for those of us who need coffee/tea early morning and have instant coffee/tea bags with us (would be great if this was offered by the hotel).
Parking lot was tight. Breakfast was a bit sad, but that is the norm at all the hotels we have stayed at in the region. We appreciated that there was at least sliced tomatoes!

View, location, staff
Unfortunately the wooden flooring between the reception and the dining room was being sanded on both of the evenings I was there. An odd time to do it as it was the weekend before Christmas and busy with guests. Very noisy and unnecessary

Breakfast was average like every other hotel
The view was nice and the location
The carpet was old windows could be cleaned
Internet was not good needs an update overall
