Very good location in a quiet area . Within easy walking distance to cafes. restaurants and banks . Very easy to get bus to nearby towns like Puerto Montt and Frutillar from hotel .Excellent buffet breakfast . Young ladies at reception desk Yamara and Ignacio ( apologies if I have misspelled your names ) were friendly and helpful. They spoke really good English and answered all my questions with a smile .

The hotel is very well located, has a good view and a swimming pool. Rooms are comfortable but a bit small. Restaurant is ok. Staff is good.
No healthy options for breakfast.
No flexibility: I asked for an omelette unsuccessfully.

Good location, plentiful breakfast and helpful staff
Rooms are ridiculously small, particularly the bathroom. Expect to smash your toes and knees with furniture all the time. A bit of a scam to be quite honest compared to the pics we saw on Booking.
