The service in this hotel is just fantastic. Every memeber of staff met us with a smile. They were very attentive and accomodating with any requests we made, our experience was extremely pleasant. 10/10.

Looks grand, feels comfortable
The cleanliness of the room is subpar. There are nut pieces (from kuih) in my room and in the bathroom, left from the previous tenants. There are also unknown stain (lipstick or cream) on the mirror when I checked into the room. The cups in the room have lipstick (red) stain on them.
