Excellent rooms and friendly staff.
No washing spray hoses (shattaf) in the toilets. This is essential for muslims.

Le personnel était très agréable et professionnel, avec une note exceptionnelle pour Nature Center et Aladine qui fera tout pour vous organiser des activités a votre demande, ainsi que pour Raj du restaurant chinois. Encore merci a eux et a l'ensemble du personnel de ce magnifique complexe hôtelier.

很新， rock pool 景觀很讚。kids club 服務好, 會主動提供手繪服務
設施都關太早7-7：30pm就關閉，沒有蒸氣室很失望。rock pool 的水應該可以更熱。
The room cleaner just put the plates away outside of the room waiting for the dishes to come to pick up. Should just do everything, dishes are part of room cleaning.

Excellent facilities and location but let down by terrible service - especially the front desk staff - they had to back track after being caught out in a lie.
Transactional / lack of service and lack of common sense.
