Fantastic hotel. Great private location, which was still within walking distance to the main strip. Huge pool, direct beach access, big rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

1. Great location.
2. Service needs significant improvement, especially considering PARKROYAL is a renowned international hospitality brand. The overall service was noticeably slow.
3. The room floor was very sticky and did not feel properly cleaned.
4. During breakfast, many food items were not replenished promptly, resulting in limited choices for guests.
5. There appeared to be a communication breakdown between the beach bar and the front desk, which caused inconvenience when I was unable to charge my bill to my room.
6. The poolside and beach umbrellas should be opened before guests arrive, particularly on hot days. During my stay, most of the umbrellas remained closed, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the outdoor facilities.

2. The pool and beach areas are meant for guests to relax and enjoy the resort environment. However, due to the lack of shade, these areas became excessively hot and uncomfortable during the day. More shaded seating and better heat management would encourage guests to spend more time enjoying these facilities.
