We love the location. The beach at the front of the resort is the best. The proximity to Cenang for shopping is also excellent. There are many restaurants and facilities all within walking distance. The staff are all very helpful and happy.
The resort is a little bit tired and could do with a bit of maintenance - especially the bathrooms.

We arrived and was assisted by friendly staff. Our room was upgraded free of charge to a beautiful suite and prepared so nicely for us! Staff was kind and helpful and was just apologetic for the small wait due to them preparing the new room for us😍
They charge you for ice.. ice should be something given like most hotels do.. its a small fee but just thought strange for a resort of this qaulity.
