I enjoyed the pool as well as the music (there was a DJ every evening), I also enjoyed the breakfast, and the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They were exceptional. My room attendant was so lovely, Linda, who kept my room welcoming, every time I came back from an outing. The outside appearance of Dash has the wow factor. It really is exceptional and very ornate with Alice in Wonderland theme. The private beach is very scenic.

The lack of maintenance. The incessant loud music until 1am. The owners of Dash lack love for this resort. It is very clear that the focus is not on maintenance, but profit, and there is lack of care for the building. For my room, there was a serious mould problem around the air conditioner. Reading from the previous same complaints, there was no point in raising this issue. It will never get fixed $$. There were signs of mould in the bathroom ceiling, that had been painted over. Outside the building had rotting windows, gutters that had rusted out. Generally i believe the owners are only interested in the income but not the necessary and dangerous maintenance issues that should be attended to. I will also mention that i have looked at reviews from years back, the same issues, with management offering antagonistic replies apologising about issues, stating they will address the issues, but the reality is that they never do. To the owners, that will cost money ... so complaints are never addressed. The owners will not listen to the complaints, as long as they have paying customers, but they haven't realised the long-term impacts of customer complaints. Another issue is noise control. There isn't any. I believed that Dash would offer serenity, as it is a resort with a private beach. Not the case. From lunchtime until 1am there is blaring music or a noisy band playing. I had to move rooms because the window panes are old and every noise penetrates the room. I didn't once use the pool, because of the noise. There was no peace. A taxi driver referred to Dash as the party place. Very disappointing. The noise issue, once again, is a common complaint that management gives the standard reply of Apology We will address the issue.... But they never do. These same complaints have been going on since 2022. Nothing is ever addressed.

The facilities, the beach and breakfast spread. We also ordered room service, food was amazing. We love the satay and wagyu burger.

We took up 3 rooms. Here are the problems with each room:- Room 1 (304) -TV was not functioning. Room 2 (305) -Toilet door was stuck, and toilet flush didnt work. - called to inform but nobody came Room 3 (306) - sink was clogged. During breakfast, i found clean cup with lipstick stain. I am very disappointed.
