The location, rooms and staff is amazing. The room is big, clean and new. The location is right smack in the middle of Pantai Cenang. Nearby to the beach, convenience stores, food, etc. Staff is very helpful too.
The bathroom design is a little weird. Once you shower, the whole bathroom will be wet since. The shower is by the door, so once it's wet you need to go through the wet zone to get to the sink and toilet. The breakfast is bad.

Very central, friendly and helpful staff. Room was overall very good
Breakfast is limited, not great coffee. A shower curtain in the bathroom would be recommended to stop the toilet and floor being wet all day

Location was good,
Be careful- My credit card was double charged through booking. Com. Archie Studio manager refused to resolve. Raised dispute with booking.com- nothing and through my bank - Archie declined them- dispute now with their merchant to resolve.
