Huge hotel, 200 meters from the border, very nice building, beautiful gardens, quiet beach, friendly and welcoming staff.
It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.
Chopsticks restaurant was a bit weak.
We recommend dining in Shahrazad or Sea shells.

A very good hotel for a relaxing vacation, very clean, tidy. Delicious breakfast.
It would have been nice if there was a map of the hotel that would have made it easier to navigate the hotel grounds. The food in room service and restaurants is reasonable. Excellent breakfast.

Everything about the hospitality! the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Fadel at reception for the amazing welcome and treatment, Merna from Guest Relations for always checking on us, and Waled from the bar for his excellent service. The rooms were spotless, room service was fast, and we were very happy with the improvement in the food quality.

The location and the staff were great
The food wasn’t the best, especially when you come to a world class hotel.
and the location of the rooms was way far, had to take like 5 min walk to get to any facilities. Even the pool
