The check in and out processes were straight forward and fast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and the balcony was a great addittion.
The only thing I disliked was the lack of the iron and ironing board, however this was resolved extremely fast

The apartment was a good size and very well located we were on the seventh floor and the view from our room was over St Stephen's basilica and it was beautiful at night time. 5 minute walk to the bus stop or the metro line.
Nothing that I didn't like just the apartment lacked a few things I'm really could have been maintained a bit better. The shutters on the window non-work the part from two. Bath towels were very small and one occasion we put the oven on and the electric tripped but that was sorted within a half an hour but inconvenient when one of our party was in the shower. The place just needs a bit of TLC.

Good location. Refrigerator and microwave as well as kettle.
Washing machine didn't work (which was one reason I booked this property). The AC unit is shut down during October, although it was very hot in the room, so had to keep the windows open and it was unbearably noisy. Sounded like metal barrels rolling up and down the alley way. It's a busy part of town, so we heard partiers until all hours because we had to have the windows open. Hardly slept at all. Shower was handheld. Also, no coffee, coffee filters--so you would have to literally buy supplies in order to make coffee for one or two days. No paper towels.
