My girlfriend and I are in a long distance relationship, we have anxiety and the whole just use a pin and come in was so much easier.
We spent most the time in the room just watching TV, didn't get any hassle for being in the room all day either
Created some beautiful memories. I really appreciate the stay we had, been more than once already :)
We closed the window at night and couldn't open it after, was a hot day and had no key. Was too anxious to contact staff.
Not really a problem with the hotel, more so wishing a key was in the room maybe just incase because it was quite hot and worse outside :)

Everything was good
Perhaps the breakfast could be available earlier - some tours start at 8:30, so it would be good to eat breakfast at 7:00

Good location, and grateful that it was available at such short notice. Good clean communal area and kitchen downstairs. The toilet/showers were shared but extremely clean, and there was someone to clean the bathroom as soon as I had come out.
Lack of obvious alternative means of fire escape. Such a property ought to have much better facilities for evacuation, especially when you are near the top.
