The best location in the city! The hotel is right in the heart of it all there’s no better option! I loved it, especially the French lady at the reception I’ve forgotten her name, but she was extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you very much.
I stayed on the top floor which in theory should have been quieter but I woke up a few times during the night due to noise from the ceiling, the hallway sensor turning the light on and off right outside my room, and other guests talking loudly; however, nothing that outweighed the positives.

Quiet room at rear of hotel. Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Room was comfortable, large bathroom and good shower. Near to city centre shops, amenities,etc. Location suited us as we used public transport each day to visit friends and family

The location is excellent. It is right in the centre of Cardiff, very convenient for shopping and entertainment attractions
The hotel is very up front about the fact that there are no lifts in the property. This can be a real challenge for anyone who is older, ill or unfit.
