Comfortable bed
We expected an upgrade as planned but it wasn’t available, the room was not fully cleaned to a professional standard, the room opposite was smoking weed and the smell was overbearing & noisy, the breakfast was cold and incorrect & you used to be able to access the spa for free but now you have to pay even as a hotel guest which has gone downhill with its appearance and cleanliness . Overall I’ve stayed here so many times over the years but unlikely to again after this stay!

The hotel is in a lovely location and has free parking. The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable.
We only stayed one night. A family trip to Twickenham for the rugby and night in a good hotel, as a birthday treat for my 11 year old grandson. I had an email on booking telling me a birthday balloon would be awaiting my grandson in the family room. I even checked with the staff when we stopped by before going to the match..Small thing but it didn't happen. The girl on check-in was disinterested and unwelcoming and our rooms were miles apart. I booked months in advance.. We were never asked if we wanted to book for breakfast... So we went elsewhere in the morning.
The family room was nice. Our queen room was okay, huge bathroom with a shower. Personally, I would have liked a bath rather than a TV in the shower that didn't have a remote to use it anyway! 😂 Who watches TV in the shower anyway?? Furniture was mirrored and tired, headboard plastic! Overall, I was underwhelmed. It didn't live up to the Hilton name and felt overpriced, even for London. Service was charged for getting our own drinks at the bar! with no actual service other than pouring it into the glass and handing it over the bar!. We didn't use the spa so can't comment on that. Grandson was very happy with the big TV in his room though 😄

The room which was an upgrade, was absolutely abysmal! Paint peeling off, chipped edges, very depressing and had a very horrible odour that I had to change the room which made very little difference. The worst maintained Hilton property! When speaking to guest services, they tried telling me rubbish like its an old property, well that doesn't mean it can be left without maintenance! Tried compensating by giving me a few drinks vouchers, well that didn't help me with my stay! Wouldn't bother coming back, no thank you!

Spacious, clean and accommodating. Had a lovely stay due to staff members like Mao who ensured that our needs and requirements were met. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay for their birthday, anniversary, wedding or other special occasion.

I loved the spa area, loved that they have us rooms next door to each other, loved that we had a microwave in the room. Sandra the lady who did my massage she was amazing
Paying for spa/ the first day fine as I had a massage but use of facilities should be included in the stay especially for 1 night. They told me they would look into extending my check in and out Time and they didn’t I had to leave early on my bday and wanted me to pay to use the spa again. Didn’t like that at all

Value for money was shocking. Decor is old, room was dusty, paintwork scratched, mould in the shower door. For the price, I felt very ripped off.

Restaurant & Bar staff were exceptionally attentive & food was excellent but pricey,
Room 56 which I stayed in with my Mum had no extractor fan working in the bathroom, and a spotlight near the Chandelier was not working. My son's stayed in Room 35 and the main light switch kept flickering and did not always work. This was reported to the "Reception Desk".

Great spa facilities, location felt secluded
Wasn’t given a room with a balcony, as specified at booking! Room had a fridge that was leaking, offered to move room but I would have to pay for an upgrade. The TV screen in the bathroom is not fit for purpose, whilst relaxing in the bath you would have to stretch your head to view the screen! Didn’t seem like housekeeping paid much attention to this room, pairs of socks found in the cupboard!

I loved the size of the room and it was a perfect fit for a good birthday weekend! Room service was also amazing when needed and the hotel was so gorgeous!
Just a little hard to locate from the main road but it was still a very good stay!

Family room was placed next to nightclub that had exceptionally loud music keeping us awake until 3am
Hotel was a bit tired looking, room wasn’t the cleanest (only surfaces and areas used often were clean) everything was a bit grimy

This is my fourth stay in this lovely hotel and I will certainly be back again!
Beautiful and luxurious room, chandelier is a thing of beauty. Luxurious bathroom - I love the TV in the shower! Fridge and lots of wardrobe space, huge and comfortable bed, huge tv, lovely outside space with table and chairs. Appreciated complimentary water. Nice comfy velvet chair and footstool. Great robes and slippers, which we wore down to the spa..
Great that there is a mirror over the table which was great for my hair and make up. Also a full length mirror to check our outfits!
Wonderful selection available for the buffet breakfast, which is available untill 11am. This included fruit, yogurts, cereals, bacon , sausages, eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomotoes, croissants, and more! I ordered an omelette from the chef and my partner ordered poached eggs, which were cooked to perfection at no additional cost as we had included breakfast when we booked our room.
Great evening meal - lovely ambiance - definitely recommend the lamb shank - attentive staff - great managers and staff, welcoming reception staff.
Amazing spa, good changing room with lockers. Great jacuzzi, steam room, pool and sauna.
We asked for a service of our room whilst we went to breakfast and it was clean and tidy when we returned.
We plan a return trip in the summer so we can sit outside in the lovely cabanas.
This is an amazing hotel and the staff are so polite and helpful. We felt thoroughly looked after.
Restaurant staff were run off their feet and although they were attentive, professional and gracious they were so busy and there were a couple of minor issues which they attended to and rectified. Despite this our experience in the Restaurant was amazing and we went back on our second evening.
More staff needed in the restaurant so they can continue to do a fabulous job.

The TV remote did not work in the bathroom the back & batteries were not there. Some of the light bulbs were not working, chairs outside needed cleaning( I hate cob webs so I could not sit) blue tooth only played sound couldn’t get it to show on the Tv. Got woken by the cleaner who accidently knocked on our door.

Great location, restaurant and bar staff
The staff at checkout appeared were quite rude when I paid my bill at checkout with one member of staff, my card payment was declined. Rather than asking me to try again or maybe entering the pin. Another member of staff interjected over the other that the payment was declined by my bank. It was quite abrupt and not friendly. I used another card and all was ok. When I returned home, I called my bank and they advised there was nothing wrong with my card and the payment was not declined by them. A disappointing ending to a pleasant stay.

Staff were so nice, location is amazing and they upgraded our room to a beautiful King Suite. The room was spacious and the bed was amazing. Bathroom was lovely too. Very luxurious.
We had to pay an extra £50 to swim and use the ‘spa’. In reality, it was a dark pool in the basement with a mouldy ceiling. The jacuzzi was full of soapy scum with brown stuff floating in it. It was very bleak down there and definitely DEFINITELY not worth £50. For the total price we could have stayed in a much nicer spa hotel. The men’s changing room also smelled absolutely foul.

Very large and comfortable room, very nice staff
Being charged to use the pool, £25.00 each = £50 for the pair of us each time, we had planned to go swimming every day (3) we were there but we refused to pay £150 for our 3 days and we had booked a spa treatment which we cancelled after finding out about the pool charges
We were also disappointed to find that Syon House and Gardens was closed for the winter but we only found this out when we walked over and found a notice on the gate entrance

The ladies at the reception when I checked in 14th. Sept 2023 at 11:00 were so helpful and welcoming. I really needed the smooth check in they provided coz I was tired after a tedious Immigration que at Heathrow. Too bad I forgot to note their names.

You have to get an Uber or taxi to the airport if your flight is early morning. The buses run from 5:00 am I don’t know about the Underground but you need to get a bus to get to the underground station.

Lovely hotel in a bit of an oasis in west london
Bar service - staff only do table service so ignore you if stood at the bar - then once told that it's table service they ignore you anyway - extremely slow .. we had to leave to get a taxi after 30 minutes of being pretty much ignored
