The pub downstairs was really nice - good food, lively atmosphere, nice spaces including outdoor patio. The room was clean, beds were comfy, plenty of space & places to set your stuff, quiet. Complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee & cookies. The staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. Close to Kew gardens.
A secure internet would have been nice.

Location was ideal, breakfast was very good and the room was very comfortable. As the advert says it's a listed building, hence no lift or air con as it was very hot when we went in August 2026, otherwise beautiful place.
The only let down was our room was on the 3rd floor and with out a lift we were thankful the staff had taken our baggage up to our room as we left it in storage due to been very early.
It was going up to the room each time was a pain.

We had a twin room. It was spotlessly clean. Lovely crisp white bedding. The location was lovely. We loved the serene atmosphere of Kew Gardens Village. Train station right on the doorstep for visiting attractions.
I would have loved a Bath robe to be supplied.

The bed is comfortable and the shower is good enough - perfect place for a bed and a shower.
Hotel at walking distance from tube station.
Staff are nowhere to be seen at check-in and check-out.
Hotel is right under the Heathrow Airport landing path, so a plane every minute from 5:50am and this is none stop - no window sound proof.
Curtains hardly shut the windows.
