Staff, room size and kitchen
Room and furniture looked very tired. Kitchen was very neat and tidy. Bathroom needs much attention. Shower outlet from wall leaking, shower wallboards broken at bottom and paint job was amateurish to say the least - all over fittings - no cutting in. Wifi did not work and bed uncomfortable.
