Good food & delightful restaurant staff
Main Feature of room , view of yacht basin, marred by dirty windows & glass panel on balcony. Bathroom Ok but sink coated with soap scum, water in basin & shower was dangerously hot.
Pool & Spa grubby & situated on opposite side of outside hotel car park, No toweling robes. General lack of maintenance & house keeping
