Love the free laundry service and the small small things that the staff did to make the stay better e.g. giving us new room slippers everyday to change (they even have room slippers for kids but this was only given once during our stay), giving me a handwritten and drawn card for my birthday, giving me a cake during our birthday and a towel cake which really made my day. The counter staff will always greet you when you enter or leave the hotel too. The toilet is really big too. The B1 area for us to eat is great as the room might be a bit small for us to eat in. The aircon in the room is also very cooling. Although it seems to be centrally controlled, it is not too cold when you cover yourself with the blankets. The soap and shampoo has a nice scent too.
Room is a bit small but i think the family room is quite value for money. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided

Good location near ximen station, clean room and great attitude from the staff. There are also small touches like providing instant noodles.

Good location, close to MRT and Ximen touristy zone. Helpful staff.
Extremely thin walls. This is a common complaint in the city, but in this hotel it was the worst by far. Sounded like people were taking a shower in our room, could hear people talking and opening/closing doors very loudly. Woke us up when people got up early for the airport and took showers, brushed there teeth etc.
Also small room. The room size is a bit misleading because the bathroom is unnecessarily spacious which takes away roughly half of the room size.
It is advertised that there is a window, but it is actually inside the bathroom and not in the bedroom.
