Very nice room. Good common room with free drinks access to a laundry. Great location ( within walking distance to Ximen MRT station). The only drawback was that there were some mice running on the ceiling at night. The hotel is very clean but the issue comes from the upstairs neighbours. I hope that this issue is solved very quickly because apart from that it is a great place to stay at and the staff is very helpful.

location - very near to ximending and all the wonderful food places. at the same time, it was far enough to have minimal noise
size was comfortable too!
we were assigned to a pretty old looking room, but I note another room seemed to be under refurbishment. perhaps ours just hadn't had its turn.
the 2nd queen bed was in a corner of the room which unfortunately was hot even with the Aircon, as the cool air struggled to reach. because there was only 2 of us, it was still ok, but I imagine a third and fourth person would probably feel miserable in the summer. the room can get quite warm since it is right at the rooftop.

Location is good, walking distance to xinmengding.
Room is small, no space to walk after open 2 bg luggages. Dryer is not powerful, put 1hr, clothes still not 100% dry. Washer and dryer need to upgrade. shower head holder keep drop down.
