I spent two nights at The Mirador near Mumbai International Airport after my flight was cancelled and I had to wait for a rebooked departure. What could easily have been a frustrating couple of days turned into a genuinely pleasant stay.
First, the food deserves a special mention. The buffets offered an extraordinary choice at every sitting, with an excellent selection of Indian dishes alongside plenty of European and international options. The variety, presentation and quality were impressive, and everything was constantly replenished.
The staff were equally impressive. From reception through to management, everyone I encountered was professional, courteous and exceptionally helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay.
My room was clean, comfortable and exactly what I needed after the disruption of a cancelled flight. The hotel itself is welcoming, well run and very conveniently located for Mumbai International Airport.
A particularly appreciated touch was the hotel driver taking me to the airport at 1.30 a.m. for my rebooked flight. At that hour, after two days of uncertainty, it was reassuring to have everything arranged so efficiently and smoothly.
This did not feel like a hotel I was using while waiting for a flight. I was genuinely very pleased with my stay and would have no hesitation in recommending The Mirador to anyone needing a comfortable and professionally run hotel near Mumbai International Airport.
I would happily stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Mirador. The location was perfect. The facilities were good and well-maintained, but the best part was definitely the staff. Allan, Prajad, and especially Panraj were all incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful throughout my stay.
The only downside was the noise from some guests near our room, who could have been a little more considerate of the surroundings. Other than that, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Close to the airport
Breakfast buffet not good enough, room quality not adequate for an upgraded room, and most importantly - ITS A PATHETIC IDEA TO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON BATHROOM DOORS ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOUNG FAMILIES WITH KIDS
Rooms did not have soundproofing, floor was creaking, the door made a loud noise while closing....again these sounds disturb sleeping kids and create an uncomfortable stay.
The room quality was well below expectations for us. Staff could not give us even a downgraded room.
