Food was good.
Extremely disappointing experience. This hotel is nowhere close to what I expected from a four-star property.
The entrance looks more like a cheap lodge than a four-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt that the hotel did not match the standard shown in its Booking.com pictures at all. The pictures look impressive online, but the reality is completely different.
The reception staff were rude, unfriendly, and showed absolutely no sense of hospitality. For the amount of money charged, there is simply no value for money.
This hotel is a classic case of “great pictures online, completely different reality.” The presentation on Booking.com creates expectations that the actual property simply does not meet.
I genuinely regret choosing this hotel. Not worth the money, not worth the expectations, and definitely not what I would consider a four-star hotel. I would strongly recommend checking recent guest reviews carefully before booking.
