كانت لي زيارة جميلة للفندق خلال الاجازة، المكان هادئ ومرتب والخدمات ممتازة. جربت السبا والمساج وكانت التجربة رائعة، والشاطئ نظيف ومرتب، والغروب من المطاعم والمقاهي المطلة على البحر جميل جدا.
شكرا بشكل خاص لمروج وعبدالملك في الاستقبال على حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقي والتعاون، كانوا جدا بشوشين وحرصوا على راحتنا من بداية الزيارة الى نهايتها.
تجربة جميلة ومريحة وان شاء الله اكرر الزيارة قريبا.

Very nice hotel, spacious, clean and green territory, perfect location (uber and delivery work), great swimming pool (bikini allowed), cute beach, several restaurants, super tasty and various breakfast, friendly staff, perfect WiFi. Room was cozy, comfy bed, tea-kettle-water provided, all the toiletries, in-room dining service, TV with many channels. Health club with a spa. Massages were great, recommend. My perfect escape from Jeddah. Definitely plan to return! If you travel, don't forget to visit Old city of Yanbu - small historical part to walk, visit a museum, market, try local fish restaurants and an old coffeeshop near the mosque there.
All great, just having some more hooks or a small dryer opportunity for a swimwear and towels in the bathroom would bring even more comfort. For this level of the hotel usually there is a coffee machine in the room. Here was none, but it was not a problem.

The seating areas were beautiful, the coffee and food were delicious, and the rooms were clean. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
There were a few things that could be improved, which we shared with Ms. Jumana and Mr. Nabil during checkout. They were very responsive and kind — they offered us a complimentary lunch and insisted we shouldn’t leave until we were completely happy. Their hospitality truly made a difference.
