Sousan is amazing she supported us with anything that we needed, making sure we were comfortable in our stay to the extend we didn't want to leave to go back home. Also, the bellboys, front staff, and chefs were all excellent.
The swimming pool was amazing, and the gym was ok; it needs more benches, but for a basic workout it is good.
The breakfast was good, and there was enough variety to try different combinations, etc. Dessert was excellent, and they have a coffee machine, a drinks station and a chef who makes omelettes in front of you.
Nothing the place was excellent and they had amazing staff members who aided us.

I liked the most the location of the hotel. it was in the middle between Al- Haram and My work, and very near to Quba mosque
I would suggest to install sun shield on the outdoor barking
