Good location, friendly welcome, nice big room with river view, tasty breakfast and excellent service at breakfast time on Sunday.

A few hiccups with service. Wrong meals were brought to us in the bar, our room was not serviced at all (we had to go to reception to request clean cups and toiletries), pillows were flat and lumpy, and the curtains were dusty.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very pleasant dining room.

Our dinner was overcooked and not served as requested - we aked to share a main course and it was delivered on one plate with another cold plate - we had to split it ouselves the the table. Breakfast was very slow in delivery. The room was cold.
