So handy for the train and bus stations - the metro is a 5 minute walk, there’s a big Klass supermarket where you can get all you need. The room had a working fridge!

I had inadvertently booked a small room which was right at the top of the hotel - it did not have much of a window but in Kharkiv at the moment that’s an advantage. No complaints! The staff are amazing. So friendly and welcoming during this difficult and challenging time, in a city under such frequent attack. Huge respect.
Actually given the circumstances and the challenge of operating in wartime I have zero complaints or issues at all. Bravo to all the courageous hospitality staff!
