The best hotel to feel the real Kharkiv vibes, it's the third time I've stayed here. But now unfortunately, we have to think not only about the vibes but also about safety while staying in the city regularly attacked by the russians. Just in case there's a blackout, there was a flashlight and a rechargeable lamp, at the reception you can also get candles. The hotel has a basement in case there's a rocket attack. The rooms itself is very cosy and convenient.
At night it was raining heavily, and the ceiling in the bathroom was lightly leaking but I told about it to the receptionist and I'm sure it's already been fixed.

Kind personnel, clean, room temperature was good.
Family suite was on the third floor and there was a steep ladder. Shall be totally fine for kids of school age, but was a bit of a challenge for 1 and 3 year olds. It would be good to mention it explicitly in the room description.

It was very warm, nice caring host, secure parking, great location for walking around, quiet area for sleeping, comfortable beds, bath
