It was modern and clean and the receptionist spoke English. It also had a shelter in the basement.
They would’nt let me check in early without paying a half day price and the accommodation was expensive to start either for Kharkiv . There was no kettle etc in the room which was disappointing .The view from the window looked out on to rubbish which wasn’t the nicest.

The hotel is located just outside the centre of the city but near some very nice restaurants and parks. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bed was comfy, and the room was spacious enough.
Whilst the room itself seemed clean enough, there were marks on the bathroom floor and on the weighing scales that indicated the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. Once the issue was reported to the receptionist, the cleaners came to clean the bathroom immediately.
The breakfast was basic, which would be fine if it were free, but as it cost $10, it was not good value.

An excellent experience overall. The facility is excellent, beds comfortable and window double glazed providing excellent insulation from noise. Clean and fresh in terms of decor and fittings. Excellent water pressure. Staff is helpful and kind, can also speak English. I did not try the breakfast but it did seem to be varied and plentiful.
I did not have any bad experience to speak of.

Very comfortable medium-sized room with a modern loft design. Friendly personnel at reception (they have printed all materials I requested), just as the kitchen lady who serves breakfast. Breakfast is not so big, but there is still a choice of dishes. A perfect option to have a fresh water, tea and coffee 24h at the kitchen/reception.
Reception is not 24h; sometimes you have to ask questions to the guard who is not always competent to solve your problem.
