The room was larger than I expected, and very nicely furnished and decorated. It was a good 2 steps above comparable priced hotels I've stayed at in that area of the city.

Very friendly and professional staff. Clean, comfortable and safe hotel in central Kharkiv. The breakfast delivered to the room door every morning was a very appreciated detail, especially in the current situation. Good atmosphere and reliable service throughout the stay.
Nothing major. The situation in Kharkiv naturally affects the overall atmosphere, but the hotel handled everything very professionally.
