Highly Recommend
We enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly helpful and spoke good English. Lots of great choices in buffet style restaurant, hard to stop eating at dinner and breakfast, great made to order omelette. Pool was wonderful, clean and right temperature to refresh, views of Sea of Galilee as you swim. Sunbeds and towels plentiful We had a garden room which was luxurious and our own deck allowing us to walk directly to the pool. The bus from Jerusalem stopped outside and only about £6 for 2 hour journey

A hotel in a convenient location but noisy at holiday time.
We liked the location, convenient for our trip round the Golan Heights and a good view of the Kinneret. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, A good range of food in the restaurant.
We found the hotel noisy particularly with the entertainment, It was also very busy with families due to the Passover holiday and the restaurant was more like a canteen with the noise . Although we enjoyed the range of food. Our rooms were good, but we didn't master the temperature of the air conditioning which was either too cold or too hot, We arrived early and staff seemed rather harassed, we had to ask repeatedly when our room might be ready. However it might be different out of the busy holiday season,

There's more, but this is the character limit for the review. Never again.
Hotel maintenance was poor. The interiors of the elevators were in my opinion disgraceful. To cover the interior panels, they used sheets of particle board and just cut out coarse openings with a skill saw leaving unsightly edges. The corners were secured with plastic brackets with two of four possible screws. The elevators were tiny, making progress slow if several people were waiting for one. The food was adequate but again poor maintenance was a problem. They had two cappuccino makers, and both were out of service one morning we ate, and one was in service a short while the second time. When I called dining area personnel's attention to this on two occasions I was met with a shrug of indifference, and nothing got fixed. To add insult to injury, there was a large machine that dispensed hot water and maybe it was supposed to dispense coffee as well, but I wouldn't know because any helpful instructions had long fallen off the front of the machine. I then resorted to containers of coffee on a hot plate. Both had greasy fingerprints on the glass, and one was cold. Eating while conversing was impossible. The dining area was incredibly noisy, and my wife and I literally could not communicate across the table. Other than go out elsewhere to eat the first night we were there we chose to eat in the dining area. The food was fair, but the cost was way too high. We ate out the second night. Then there was the drain in the shower. This was a shower which was flush with the floor, and it was actually quite nice. But the drain was clogged and overflowed into the rest of the bathroom, requiring us to use our towels to mop it up. I guess there was a problem in the floor below because at 0815 two maintenance men, unannounced, came into our room to look at the shower. They looked, left, were not apologetic about barging into our room, and we assumed the shower would be fixed. The next morning it was worse which necessitated a very short shower for me.

Pleasant stay with great swimming pool.
The spa was closed despite the time being in order. Nothing else to walk around to.
there was a festival of sorts and caused a lot of noise in the vicinity.
