The location - right on the sea - was great. The facilities and amenities were first rate. Food choices and preparation was excellent. The two best aspects of our stay: The magnificent pool and the incredible treatment by every member of the staff. This place exudes luxury and employees who care deeply that you are treated royally. I can't say enough good things about our experiences here.

The private beach was small but the hotel is not very crowded. The beach has nice calm water for the baby to play in. The concierge was very helpful and truly the best of the staff. He helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband.
Getting a response from this hotel was close to impossible. It made planning our stay very difficult. The food is not very good and limited. You cannot eat by the pool even when it’s a million degrees out. Checkin was a nightmare. Even when our room was ready no one could help us with our bags so we ended up taking the cart and doing it ourselves (same with checkout). The area leaves a lot to be desired. We would pass of Sea of Galilee on our next trip or go to a more remote and natural area.
