The staff in the hotel were amazing. Each one of them was friendly and always with a smile on their face. The hotel was clean and the room was fine based on my needs.
The hotel was housing families from the North for the past several months and it was clear that the families and the staff felt like family to one another. It was wonderful to see the warmth between the staff and the families. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the staff. From the front desk to the dining room, to the cleaning staff, they were all amazing!
The trip was also very humbling. Sitting with the evacuated families and listening to their stories made me realize how lucky I am to live in an area in Israel which is barely affected by the war on our two fronts. These families are homeless yet continue to get up, go to work , go to school and are friendly and outgoing. As a Social Worker who has worked with survivors from the South and with families who had loved ones killed or injured, it opened my eyes to those who have been displaced from the North. I came for a weekend to rest, relax and clear my mind from all that I have seen and heard these past few months, and the families from the North immediately "adopted" me to eat Shabbat meals with them and their ongoing strength gave me the strength. The families along with the amazing staff made my stay a great one!
Unfortunately the room next to me was occupied by a teenager (alone in the room with his parents on another floor) and he decided to have a party on Friday night, which included his loud vomiting in the bathroom at 2am. Unfortunately the ceiling outside my bathroom was open that led right to his bathroom and I was woken up from the party and the vomiting. As I was on the 11th floor and keep shabbat, I did not have a way to call the front desk and at midnight and 2am, I was definitely not willing to go down 11 flights of stairs.

Clean rooms, comfortable rooms, good hot water and water pressure in the shower. Nice breakfast which we were kindly given free of charge.

The breakfast and dinner is excellent, the food are delicious and healthy and of course fresh cooked about the Location,I got the nicest view in front of the beautiful kinneret Lake .,Bunos all the staff are nice and accommodating,they give us white wine for dinner ,thank to Ronen the manager of the hotel ,he entertained us with a smile and communicate very well to attend our needs .🤗
Almost perfect just a little decoration of the room to make more alive/lively .and the pool is kinda small ,and crowded .

When we checked in the manager in charge gave us an upgrade to the best room with terrace and we got even invited to join a buffet dinner. We stayed 4 days and beside enjoying swimming in the lake we were exploring the area with our private car (Golan heights, Banias, Mt Hermon).

This hotel brought my trip to Israel on a whole different level! The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room was cleaned and smelled fresh every day. The hotel is stunning and in a great location! We'll definitely be back!

The hotel has a quiet family atmosphere, and the staff and management are always eager to help.
The building is old, drab and poorly maintained. Prima's owners would do well to invest in a fresh coat of paint everywhere, elevator replacement, new carpets and curtains.

Staff including manager worked hard to smooth over not having the correct room at check in. They worked to please. Wait staff at meals were cordial and easy to talk to despite language limitations.

The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us clear instructions about everything. The room was very nicely and modernly furnished with a beautiful view. Parking was also fine. I also rate the location of the hotel positively.

The hotel was modern, bright and very clean. And compared to the hotel next door, which we originally booked but had to leave because of bad quality, was incredible value. Samira on the front desk was really helpful and friendly… dealing with her made up for the bad customer service next door and left a good impression for Tiberias with us.

From the time of booking through our departure, the staff were attentive and flexible. I was responsible for a group staying two nights at the hotel. Long prior to our arrival, someone from staff contacted me about Friday night dinner at a price I could not pass up...and what a fantastic, generous dinner it was. Several kinds of meats, grains, vegetables, salads, desserts. It was a lovely evening having dinner together in a quiet and inviting environment. I am also grateful that because the hotel was not full, the rooms we got were the refurbished ones rather than the class ones originally booked.
I would have liked to be able to be outside on the terrace with working lights. There was only a single barely noticeable light against the wall making it impossible to be outside on it and seeing anyone.
Also, not everyone in the group had the same wonderful experience I had. One elevator went out on the day of our departure, which was inconvenient for many (including myself), but these things happen. I also learned that there were no hair dryers in every room. I think that is a minimum. My room had it, but other rooms did not.

Very pricey for the level and location. One of the elevators was not working. Some of the staff is clearly frustrated and barely polite. When asked a question to someone about my room and the cost, the answer was “it’s Booking, it’s not me”, since the reservation was made through Booking.com. How about a “Maybe you could check what are the policies of Booking? We have no control over the payments done through them” That’s would have been an answer! But forget about that. All of this is understandable and even irrelevant. I could still have given the hotel a 3 or 4 stars. But there had to be more…
I come back from being all day out and the AC of the room is set at 27 degrees Celsius, without the possibility to change it. I go the reception to ask for help and they tell me that the whole hotel is set to the same temperature. That’s right. If they decide that outside is too cold, they set the temperature to whatever THEY decide is ok. No way to change it in each of the rooms. They tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. “Open a window” they say. Ok. I come back to the room to open the window but it has screws. So I go back again to the reception and they seem to be very worried that there will be mosquitoes. “Bad for your health” they say. When I go for the third time to tell them to open the window (I couldn’t care less about mosquitoes at this point), they tell me they just sent someone to do it. When I come back to my room, there’s a man just walking down the corridor. He tells me he just opened my window. I stand there first kinda shocked because he actually entered to my room while I was not there, and second, shocked again when he also dares to get offended when I mention it. “I have to go home and maybe you went out to the city”. I guess in the reception nobody clarified to him that I had just come back and was just going back and forth from my room to the reception?

The place was great for a one night stay. Quite spacious room with some nice amenities. They allowed us to check-in early, too. The breakfast in the morning was good, with a buffet that had a generous offer of food. Location is good if you have a car rental or something - 20 minutes from Kfar Nahum (Capernaum) or the Mt. of Beatitudes via car.
The hallways on the upper levels are a bit untidy, but it seemed like they were doing some remodeling. Also, the bathrooms are a bit more outdated than they appear in the photos and the shower floor wasn't as clean as expected.
