אהבתי את הנוף לכינרת מהחדר, הייתי לבד בג'קוזי, בבריכה ובסאונה. מקום שקט ואינטימי. תמורה טובה למחיר, המתחם נראה טוב יחסית ויש טלוויזיה חכמה, מקרר, מיקרוגל, קומקום בחדר. בשישי בערב המארח הסיע אותנו למכולת כדי לקנות חלב. כדאי להגיע לשם רק ברכב פרטי! הגענו בתח"צ וליד המלון יש רק גבעה מכוסה אספלט כי זה חניון. בנוסף למרפסת החדר, יש המון מרפסות במתחם מהן אפשר להשקיף על הכינרת, ליד הבריכה גם יש מקום. בריכה קטנה, מחוממת ולא עמוקה.
חדרים מיושנים, המנעול עשה בעיות, המטבח המשותף מסריח, לא ברור איך להשתמש במיקרוגל, ידית חדר השירותים הייתה שבורה, לא שמו סבון לידיים. מיקום גרוע. לא ידעתי שיהיה קשה להגיע לשם עם תחבורה ציבורית. כדי להגיע לאחוזה צריך לרדת בגבעה מרוצפת אספלט כי זה חניון. מאוד קשה לרדת בה ולעלות בה בעיקר עם מזוודות. זה ברחוב חרדי ויש שם רק מינימרקט. תחנת אוטובוס רחוקה. ביציאה השנייה, זה לצאת לרחוב בלי כלום, צמוד לכביש מהיר, מעבר חצייה רחוק. לוקח הרבה זמן כדי לרדת לכנרת. לא מקום נוח להולכי רגל. המזרן לא נוח וגם הכריות לא נוחות, האינטרנט לא טוב ולפעמים אין קליטה ולא הצלחתי להשתמש באינטרנט של הטלפון כדי להזמין מונית. שמתי לב ל-שיבושי gps באזור כשחיפשתי תחנות אוטובוס באפליקציה. שמתי לב שלא ניקו מספיק טוב את החדר כי נשארה חולצה בארון של אורח קודם ונייר טואלט חצי גמור.
