The Room was very clean,
The grounds of the apartment house were pleasant and spacious
The towels were of a cheap type and not good enough,
The volume of the TV is too low - it could not be raised

The location for our room was perfect for what we wanted. In fact, it is located only 200 meters from our favorite restaurant in Tiveria (Tiberias) - Pagoda. We walked to the seashore. The view from the balcony is STUNNING. There were so many little touches that we appreciated. A mid-sized fridge (not a tiny one) allows visitors to store much more than just milk. Everything was delightful. The place was easy to find. Free onsite parking as promised. Great air conditioning. Honestly, it was perfect!
There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the place. Tiberias itself is a bit crowded in the summer, as you might expect, but we had a wonderful time swimming in the Sea of Galilee, found a great cafe in Ramot on the Golan side.

The owner takes pride in the property. The ambiance of the historic building while being modernized makes this a wonderful place to stay. The patio overlooking the Galilee is beautiful.
The local cats can be noisy at night but all else is great.
