Rooms and views
The way the lady(head) treated us even through my husband insisted and assured we were going to pay. Instructed to stop dishing up until he returns with proof of payment.

Very good and efficient staff. Excellent breakfasts.
The upgraded room did not have a shelf for soap or shampoo in the shower. There was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom.

Though construction was going on it did not affect our side of the building
The best part was the fantastic view of the Kineret

We were told when I called that there is parking in the hotel parking lot
During our brief stay there was never any distance available
When I spoke to the manager she just shrugged and said parking is a problem

Most hotels in the area opened their pools at 8 am as it gets very hot around 10 during this season
