Surbhi was the most helpful out of all the staff who actually listened to our needs and assist accordingly. The location is ideal. The security guards namely Vijendar were definitely very helpful and greeted us each time we entered and exited each time.
Something that is not so ideal is there are number of people begging for money right outside which makes it a little uncomfortable. The other staff were not very helpful as language was a barrier. We had arrived almost 8 hours late and had asked if we could get complimentary breakfast for a day or 2 which took fair abit of effort. Given we were staying for 9 nights i thought it could have been offered easily.

Room provided to us was in order. The bedsheet were neat & intact
Washroom was clean.
When we entered the room, it appeared that it had been closed and unoccupied for quite some time.
There was a strong musty smell, similar to the odor you notice when a room has remained locked for an extended period.
I requested the staff to inspect and address the issue, but no action was taken.

Only the location
Unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The food was not up to the standard I expected—the taste and quality were below expectations, and there was room for improvement in both variety and preparation.
Another major issue was the bed, which was quite small and uncomfortable, especially for two adults. A larger and more comfortable bed would have made the stay much better.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the food quality and room comfort.
