The hotel is in a very good area for restaurants, bars, cafes. Beds were very comfortable, good showers and bath. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a good restaurant on site.

Nice, quiet room with outdoor seating area. Large double bed. Comfortable shower and great location across the KMSKA museum in an area with lots of restaurants.
Only downside was the sloped ceiling combined with a step in the floor. It was a bit tricky to avoid falling and/or bumping head, but we managed. Very tall people or people with poor balance may have a bigger challenge

The bed was comfortable, the location is good and the design is nice
while the room looks nice when you walk in (design wise), it does not look or feel nice once you are actually in there. When you're in the bed, it feels like you are in a cheap, dark basement room. The view from the bed is a white wall, with a tv and a door with the fire exit instructions. The only place to sit is on the bed, there is no extra seating or desk area or anything. The only window is in the shower and since it's at the back of the building this means no light and no view. The toilet was dirty with dust on the toilet roll holder and dirt on the walls, the floor was also not clean and the towels are thin and feel cheap. You can't secure or lock the door from the inside, as a female solo traveller this does not feel very safe. You can't control the airco and it makes a lot of noise during the night (woke me up 3 times). The TV doesn't have any TV channels or streaming services, if you want to watch something you have to chromecast from your phone. So even though the design looks nice the overall experience felt cheap and underwhelming. On top of this the staff tried to charge me twice for the room, I had already paid through booking but during check out they claimed it was not paid yet, I had to go through the booking app to look for proof, when I showed them they didn't even apologise.

Overall it was very nicely done. The room had a good size and was well decorated. I was very excited about this stay. The images looked fantastic.
At first glimpse the room was fantastic. I loved the high ceiling and open space. I quickly noticed that the windows weren’t able to be open. The room had an AC which was loud. I stayed for 2 nights, the first morning there was a blackout which caused a problem with the electric key and also the AC broke down which was the only source of airflow… the room quickly turned into a space with no fresh air, this problem continued for the rest of the stay. Unfortunately I had a a bad night and the pillows aren’t very comfortable. When I checked out I informed the staff at reception, they knew about the problem as other guests had complained about this matter too.
