This hotel has everything you need for a great stay. It’s exceptionally well-equipped and very child-friendly. The food was excellent, and the staff were wonderful throughout our visit.A special shout-out to the entertainment team! The animators were absolutely amazing with the children—engaging, energetic, and endlessly patient. They made our kids' stay truly unforgettable.
Overall we had a good stay, though there is room for improvement regarding friendliness at the front desk on certain occasions.

Amazing views from the balcony, fine food with a lot of options to choose from, lots of fun activities for adults and children, everything clean from the insides to the beach. Staff is friendly and
Once we had to delay the room cleaning because the baby slept, but even if the lady promised to come clean the room at by her specified later hour, we came back to untouched room
Beds are very noisy and squeaky,
But non of it will ruin your stay here... We are very pleased with the hotel

Location
We have stayed there before and speaking with some others who were staying at the hotel we agree that it isn’t as good as it was in the past. There was a large selection of food in the buffet but not as good as it was 3 years ago.
