Great location and amazing views! Walking distance from Lovere, Baia Rose, and the ferry too. I loved how cozy it was and the room was super clean. I was so happy about the air condition since it’s the summer. Good variety for the breakfast. But the best part is the owner. They were super nice and accommodating. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in their place.
The water pressure in a bathroom was a bit lacking.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare Lovere ma anche per fare delle gite in giornata sia nel battello sul lago o nei dintorni. Pierugo è stato molto gentile a darci tutte le indicazioni per arrivarci e anche dopo durante la nostra permanenza.
Lo consiglio molto sia per un weekend o una pernottamento più lungo

Breakfast was excellent
View from the room was perfect - gave directly onto the lake
Room - good size with nice furnishings and balcony overlooking the lake (a pity about the traffic noise from the main road directly in front of the B&B - but this didn't really detract from the excellent location
Host (Pierugo) was was on site and most helpful (speaks Italian and English)
Parking at rear was secure and covered - As I was visiting Lovere, I left my car at the B&B and walked along the lake shore into town - Saturday was market day, so there was a buzz about the place, which was nice
As above, there was noise from the road nearby, but really not much of an issue - Lovere is snuggled between the lake and the mountain, so having a road outside your door is pretty standard - don't let this stop you booking this place. With the double glazed windows shut and the aircon on any disturbance is minimal

Very friendly and helpful owners
.. lovely view, and lovely room… the bathroom was across the hall, which was no problem and very well kept… this is only for the one bedroom,not all of them.
You have to be a little careful when leaving the property by foot,, as it leads on to the road near a corner, but if you are watchful then you can easily walk around the corner and cross the road.. it was easy enough for us.. we had. O problem with cars.
