Enchanting and fascinating old fund of Kyiv

The apartment is located in the very center of Kyiv in 3 minutes walk from the Saint Volodymyr Hill and Maidan Nezalezhnosti square, better location even impossible to imagine. Inside the apt is very light and cozy, nothing super special, but everything is in decent condition. And a small balcony certainly gives a special charm, it is nice to drink wine or coffee here. We were meet by welcoming host and and handed over the keys right on the spot. It is my pleasure to leave the best review from our stay here with a sincere recommendation of this place.

nice apartment in the great location. recommend for a short stay in the very center of Kyiv!

great location at the very vibrant, creative district full of great restaurants, cafes and bars. the property has the balcony that is the best balcony in the neighborhood! the property has everything that you might need for a short stay

the elevator does not go to the floor of the apartment so in case you have a lot of heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up. the apartment is on the second floor, but as ceiling are high, so we felt the weight of our suitcases

I had a good time and i really recommend.

Good location in the center. Apartments are clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in the room (shampoo, slippers, hair dryer, cutlery). Balcony with great street view. Good staff!

It was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Amazing location. Does not get better than this--I was in the Kostolnya street apartment, and it was absolutely amazing location. Great price too. Exceptional value for price. Sergiy was hospitable, and I had a wonderful trip.

Don't come here expecting high-end amenities. :P Let's be realistic, for the price paid you're getting pretty good housing, in an older building, the unit itself is clean, but from an older era. Modern amenities (TV/wifi/washing machine/tub/AC/etc.) but don't expect to vibe like you're at the Marriot lol.

Central Kyiv Studio

Location excellent. Very central. Under 100 uah from railway station by Uber. Electricity supply pretty good, also Internet. Ideal place if you need to work. Couple of bars/restaurants close by, also 24h minimart., and a larger supermarket at bottom of the road. A great Kyiv working base. I have booked twice, and will do again.

Nothing really. A coffee pot would be good, but that's about it.

do not expect exactly same place as on photos at booking.com.

a/c was broken and place holder didn’t tell anything about it. promoyion pf facility is not same as on the photos at booking.com.

comfortable bed, close to the city center, heater in the room

small room, keys would be needed to pick up from some other location unless taking transport from the airport - had to go for that option due to late arrival

Apartment is located in 10 minutes walk to khreschatyk. Some cafes, bar and grocery are near. Two levels room looks interesting.

Cozy apartments in the centre of Kyiv, aproximatelly 150 m fro St Sophia od Kyiv, and 200 m from Meydan square, thus location is brilliant. No elevator, but not to many steps.. Steps look old though, so do not be shocked when you see them, the appartment is big, clean and all furniture is all right!
